Hot Griselda
Kaspar Laval’s airtight bouzouki playing along with Jeroen Geerinck’s ultra deep guitar and bodhran grooves are the rhythmic backbone of Hot Griselda’s powerful sound. On this massive foundation, Stijn van Beek and Toon van Mierlo lay out a myriad of melodies.
At times two low whistles allow for transparency while at other times a combination of bombarde and uilleann pipes doesn’t take any prisoners. It’s an instant party that lies somewhere in between a steamy Irish session and a full on heavy rock show. One thing is for sure, she will get you warmed up, because this is Hot Griselda!
