On 7 dance floors you will be able to discover, dance, learn or practice many European dances.\r\nThe following dance themes will be covered by one or more groups, one or several times. Express dance workshops<\/h3>\r\n

Shorter \u00ab Discovery \u00bb workshops to introduce a particular dance, region or group of dancers. Sessions of 30 or 50 minutes.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

Exchange of ideas<\/h3>\r\n

For increased understanding of dance – researchers, musicians and dancers can share their experiences, reflections and discuss films. These sessions will take place in the amphitheatre room.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

\u00ab Discovery \u00bb music workshops<\/h3>\r\n

Musicians or singers present a technique, an instrument, a way to play together.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

Presentations<\/h3>\r\n

At 9 pm, there will be short presentations to show some dances and inspire you to try them.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

\u201cBals\u201d<\/h3>\r\n

Seven bals at the beginning of the evening and two or three later on. The sound systems will be in operation until 3 am or 3.30 am.\r\nThe groups will play the dances taught in their workshops during their sessions at the bals, as well as a more general repertoire.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

Daily adjustments to the Programme<\/h3>\r\n

A planning session will be held in the centre of the festival every day 2.00 \u2013 2.30 pm for any necessary daily adjustments.
