In order for our organisation to be effective, to be fair and equitable with all members of the association (facilitators, organisers and participants), we must respect all schedules.<\/p>\r\n
Exceptional opening on Friday, July 21st<\/sup> from 11:00am to 11:00pm.<\/strong> The association serves self-service meals near the dance floors. The organisation offers choice, quantity and variety including for vegetarians. You can bring your plates and cutlery. The \u201cConsigne\u201d is a free safe-keeping service for instruments in the centre of the gatherings grounds. Please note that only instruments are accepted. Out of respect for the other participants and the neighbourhood, we cannot accept too noisy instruments.<\/p>\r\n Drinks, ice cream, snacking and in the evening, soup and sandwiches are served.<\/p>\r\n Anyone staying on the gatherings grounds (dance grounds, parking lots, campgrounds) will need to wear a daily wristband on his wrist. The check-in control will be done 24 hours a day and you will have to seriously show your wristband. We will also carry out checks on our various grounds.<\/p>\r\n A place at the center of the site that houses :<\/p>\r\n We highly recommend a daily visit.<\/p>\r\n Be watchful, take care of others, do not smoke or vape near dance or meal places.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Do not leave any valuable item in your bags or clothes<\/strong> when you put them down to dance. Moreover, try to personalise them.<\/p>\r\n The gatherings grounds are not intended for a specific reception of children.<\/strong> We therefore require that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult at any time. Young people under 18 remain under the responsibility of their parents who are expected to supervise them, to introduce them to associative and group life and to ensure that they respect the life rules of the Bal de l\u2019Europe. It only provides first aid in case of medical emergencies. A list of pharmacies, doctors and hospitals is available. Bring along your first-aid kit.<\/p>\r\n We suggest that you consult a doctor to know if you are able to practice dance during the festival. We also strongly recommend that you take an insurance policy to cover the physical injuries you are exposed to during your activities.<\/p>\r\n We are not able to accommodate pets at the festival for reasons of noise, hygiene and responsibility.
